We present a novel algorithm for the estimation of the directionudof arrival and angular distribution parameters of sources that, as audresult from the scattering effects, cannot be considered as punctual.udThe algorithm is iterative and is based on the maximizationudof the likelihood function associated to the received snapshots atudthe antenna array (ML). It is proposed a computationally ef¿cientudmethod for estimating the localization and angular distribution parametersudof more than one source transmitting at the same frequencyudin a noisy environment. This algorithm solves the problemudof the joint maximization in the case of two sources by formulatingudtwo new problems of single-source ML.
